Do I need to register to attend the event?
Registration is appreciated as it allows us to plan for your tour. Drop-ins are also welcome.
What time should I arrive at Open House?
Please arrive between 1:00 and 2:00 PM to allow ample time for your tour.
If you have registered for the 1:30 Merit Scholarship Info Session, please arrive by 1:25 pm.
Can my student attend the Open House with me?
Yes! All students and family members are welcome to attend the Open House.
Where do I park and what do I do once I arrive?
Please park in the lot on the corner of Blinnshed and Opening Hill Roads.
Make your way up to campus and you will be greeted by an Open House volunteer and directed to the registration table.
Are tours personalized?
Yes! Tours will be personalized to fit your family’s grade level(s) of interest.
Will there be a formal presentation?
Tours will begin as attendees arrive.
The Merit Scholarship Info Session will begin at 1:30.
Do you offer financial aid?
Yes. Financial aid is determined by The Country School Financial Aid Committee with information from a third party, School and Student Services (SSS). Registration form and details can be found on our website.
What is the Merit Scholarship Info Session?
The Merit Scholarship Info Session is for families interested in Grades 4-8. Meet our Head of School, John Fixx, and learn about our Merit Scholarship application process. The session will be approximately be 15 minutes.
Will I meet faculty and administration?
Yes! Faculty members representing each division will be available to answer questions and share about our programs. Administrators will also be available for conversation and questions.
Are you accepting applications?
Yes. We are currently accepting applications for 2023-2024. We are also accepting applications for the current school year, depending on space availability.
What if I have questions but cannot attend the Open House?
